The irony is that when an author such as Christopher Hitchens lays out a serious argument against Christianity, present company--rather than reading his book--resorts to ridicule himself, if vicariously.
Just saying.
I'm not sure how a blog post which responds to a point Hitchens made in a public debate can be put in the same category as this. I will admit, however, that I should not have endorsed Valicella's disrespectful rhetoric, but such was quite tangential to the point of my post (as it was for Valicella's post as well, if you read it). Such disrespect is not at all tangential to Religulous.
