As Carmen notes, for some reason Internet Explorer crashes when you try to embed this video (another reason to hate Microsoft, I guess). Firefox worked to embed it, but hopefully it won't crash IE browsers who simply access the blog.

That is too cool and the concept is very interesting. Are you familiar with what they were talking about? I don't watch series at all, but this one sounds intriguing. Thanks for the great tip!
I really don't know anything more about it than is in the previews, but it's one to keep an eye on.
the music, concept and camera work are all seem somewhat sophisticated, but i hope it's not all packaging (ie, we're seeing the best work the series will do in its trailers). i'm admitedly very fascinated, but it could be oh-so corny, too.
interestingly, one of the previews had david saying something about how all the "signs" point to him having a significant role. what does he mean by "signs"? is it astrological or mystical or is there a diety? hmm.
I wondered about that as well, Carmen. They are retelling David's story, but will they have room for his faith? I'd love to see a dramatization of the deeply personal (and stormy) relationship we find reflected in the Psalms, but I'm not sure NBC is up to it...
